Selva is a self-initiated entrepreneur with strong Management and Strategic skills with industrial strengths in Software, IT Equipments, Education, Media, Entertainment & Hospitality. Selva is driving force of the company and the Twice Group.

Executive Director
Prasadh brings with him rich experience in Software, Multimedia, Publication, HR and BPO Operations Management. A former management council member with Ma Foi, India's No.1 HR services company, he was the overseas business management Head of Operations for Ma Foi Malaysia. His Skills in Corporate Communications, Training, Business Analysis, Organizational Development Consulting, Strategic Leadership Development and Operations Management set the strategic focus for the company.

Rajesh plays an important role in the areas of Solution Delivery aspects, with over 9 years of experience in the fields of information technology and enterprise software. With an extensive background in process management and project management. Rajesh has a wealth of experience in delivering solutions for complex problems. Over the years he has managed and delivered highly critical transaction systems as well as decision support systems. He has led teams developing applications in a distributed development environment. He has led the team to consistently deliver on-time, quality product releases.
